As a child or young person, dealing with climate change can be very difficult. Fortunately, there are many resources that can help you take care of your wellbeing and the planet at the same time.
<a href="https://talkclimate.org/" target="_blank" rel="noopener">Talk Climate</a> provides videos and music for young adults, and many resources on how to take care of your wellbeing and engage in climate action. 
<a href="https://www.ecoanxiety.com/" target="_blank" rel="noopener">Ecoanxiety.com</a> is a website developed by student Serena Adutt, to help young people learn about ecoanxiety and how to deal with it. 
<a href="https://climatepsychology.podbean.com/" target="_blank" rel="noopener">Climate Crisis Conversations</a> is a podcast created by psychologists, and includes episodes where young activists also share their experiences dealing with stress and climate anxiety
